Sinai began on November 8, 1989, in the living room of Pastors Wilfredo and Carmen Feliciano, with five members and their three children. What started as a Hispanic work in Killeen is now one church family that worships in English and Spanish and has planted churches in Texas, across the nation, and around the world.
2024
Pastor Dennis Feliciano becomes Senior Pastor.
2018
The English service begins, to reach Killeen's English-speaking community.
1999
After a season of prayer, fasting, and sacrifice, the church moves into its home on E. Stan Schlueter Loop.
1997
Life Groups begin meeting in homes across Central Texas, and the church grows quickly.
1992
The first building, at 508 Hall Avenue in downtown Killeen.
1989
The first service, on November 8, in the Felicianos' home.
Senior Pastor
Dennis Feliciano brings over 20 years of full-time pastoral ministry and has served as Senior Pastor of Sinai Church since 2024. His preaching is marked by conviction, grace, and a relentless call to genuine discipleship. Dennis and his wife Thelma, who also preaches at Sinai, have been married 24 years and are the proud parents of Ruth and Caleb — a family fully devoted to serving the Lord.
Founding Pastors
On November 8, 1989, Pastors Wilfredo and Carmen Feliciano opened their home for Sinai's first service, with five members and their three children. Pastor Wilfredo believed that if we did what was possible, the Lord would do the impossible. That faith carried the church into its first building on Hall Avenue and then into its home on E. Stan Schlueter Loop. He envisioned a church of Life Groups meeting in homes across Central Texas, and in 2018 the Lord moved him to begin the English service. Under their leadership, Sinai has planted churches in Texas, across the nation, and around the world.
We are an evangelical, charismatic, Spirit-filled church. The Bible is the final authority over every area of life, and every word of it points us to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.
